We are seeking a results-driven Market Research Analyst to join our fast-growing team in London. You will design and execute research programs, translate data into actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across product, marketing, and growth initiatives.
As a key member of our insights function, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage primary and secondary research projects, and contribute to a culture of data-informed decision making.
This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy with rigorous analysis and storytelling.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end market research programs spanning discovery, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Design and implement primary research initiatives including surveys, interviews, and experiments.
- Analyze quantitative data using statistical methods and tools (Excel, SQL, SPSS/R).
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to define research objectives and success metrics.
- Ensure research quality, governance, and ethical standards across projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2-5 years of hands-on market research experience in consumer or B2B contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and statistical packages (SPSS, R) a plus.
- Experience designing and executing surveys, interviews, and usability studies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and market intelligence platforms.
