Pulse Insights, a premier market research partner for Fortune 500 brands, is seeking a Market Research Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across product, pricing, and growth initiatives.

Responsibility
- Design and manage mixed-methods research programs (qualitative and quantitative) to address strategic business questions.
- Develop research briefs, sampling plans, survey instruments, and data collection methodologies.
- Analyze datasets using Excel, SQL, SPSS/R, Tableau or similar tools; translate findings into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Present insights to senior leadership with clear storytelling and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into product features and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage vendors and fieldwork logistics for surveys, interviews, and ethnographies as needed.
- Benchmark competitors and market trends to inform strategic planning and pricing decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Research, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in market research or analytics; agency or corporate settings acceptable.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS/R, Python or SQL) and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience designing surveys, sampling frames, and qualitative research methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell data-driven stories to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with consumer insights, market sizing, and competitive benchmarking is a plus.
