Responsibility
- Design and execute primary and secondary research programs to uncover consumer insights and market trends.
- Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and inform strategy.
- Plan, field, and analyze surveys, interviews, focus groups, and experiments with rigorous quality controls.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build compelling data visualizations and storytelling to influence senior leadership decisions.
- Own data governance, methodology documentation, and QA processes to ensure accuracy and replicability.
Qualification
- BA/BS in Market Research, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on market research or consumer analytics experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with survey design (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and sampling methodologies.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and storytelling for diverse audiences.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong bias for data quality and methodological rigor.
