As a Market Research Analyst, you’ll design studies, manage data collection, and translate findings into compelling narratives that shape business decisions.

Responsibility

  • Design, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative market research studies (surveys, interviews, focus groups) from brief to final report.
  • Analyze data using Excel, SPSS/R, Python, and other tools; develop actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead market sizing, market share estimates, segmentation, and competitive landscape analyses.
  • Create compelling dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to tell a clear story to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into strategy and execution plans.
  • Manage vendors, project timelines, budgets, and quality control of research deliverables.
  • Prepare and present findings to senior leadership with clear executive summaries and data-backed recommendations.

Qualification

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; 2-5 years in market research or consumer insights.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and at least one statistical tool (SPSS, R, Python) and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to create compelling narratives from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
