As a Market Research Analyst, you will design, execute, and analyze research projects that illuminate consumer behavior, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategy and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Design surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups; manage data collection and sampling methodologies.
- Analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators and market trends.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into business recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to anticipate shifts in the market.
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and forecasting projects to drive strategic decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in market research or data analytics (corporate, agency, or consulting).
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with a solid understanding of sampling, survey design, and analysis.
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, Python, or similar statistical tools; advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, regression, clustering) and a keen business sense.
