InsightNova is a premier market research firm helping global brands uncover customer needs and market trends. We are seeking a results-driven Market Research Analyst to design studies, analyze data, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end research projects, and deliver actionable reports that influence product development, marketing strategy, and business decisions for a diverse client base.
Responsibility
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies, from brief to final report.
- Develop survey instruments, experiment designs, and sampling plans to ensure robust data.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and visualization tools to identify insights and trends.
- Prepare clear, concise client-ready reports and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Present findings to clients and internal teams, and provide data-driven guidance for decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 3+ years of market research experience, preferably in consumer insights or product research.
- Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis (SPSS, R, Python, or similar) and qualitative methods.
- Experience with survey design, sampling, regression analysis, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with data management and cleaning processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tell a compelling data-driven story.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities; detail-oriented with a bias for action.
