Responsibility

  • Design and manage market research studies (qualitative and quantitative) to meet client objectives.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop survey instruments, oversee data collection, sampling, and panel recruitment ensuring quality control.
  • Perform statistical analysis and visualization using SQL, Excel, Python/R, SPSS, or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Prepare concise, client-ready reports and presentations for executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to define research questions and success metrics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to proposals and new business opportunities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 2-5 years of market research experience, preferably in consumer goods, tech, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in survey design, data collection, sampling methods, and data cleaning.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and tools (SQL, Excel, SPSS, R, Python) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decisions with data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid or NYC-based availability; willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
