We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Administrative Officer to join our team at Yayasan Alam Senyum Mentari (Sunsmile Kids Pluit) in Penjaringan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting student enrollment through various marketing activities and maintaining communication with parents in a warm and professional manner.
Responsibility
- Implement marketing strategies to promote student enrollment
- Communicate with parents via WhatsApp, email, and in person
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the preschool
- Organize events and activities to engage parents and students
- Manage social media accounts and online presence
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in marketing or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
