Overview: Join VA Masters as a Marketing Assistant and help drive digital campaigns for a growing team. This part-time opportunity is based in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. You’ll gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, and data-driven marketing while collaborating with a friendly, supportive team.
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll contribute to a variety of tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly and brand messaging consistent. We’re looking for a proactive communicator who can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and help us connect with our audience in meaningful ways.

Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more) to grow engagement and followers.
- Draft, edit, and publish marketing content including posts, blogs, and microsite copy, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
- Support email marketing efforts by preparing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance metrics.
- Coordinate the marketing content calendar, liaising with designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
- Respond to inquiries, manage customer interactions, and help qualify leads for the sales team.
- Assist with basic reporting and data entry to monitor KPIs and campaign results.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and Filipino preferred).
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Canva-like tools).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; basic data entry and reporting skills.
- Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work part-time hours and adapt to changing priorities.
