Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling copy and asset production for press releases, website, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Lead cross-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events) from concept through execution, with clear KPIs and measurement.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and influencers; coordinate outreach and earned media efforts in the Bali market.
  • Monitor industry trends and audience insights; adjust messaging strategies to maximize impact.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics; optimize future initiatives based on data.
  • Support crisis communications and safeguard KLAMBIBALI’s reputation when needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, brand storytelling, or related roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with creative teams and external partners.
  • Familiar with social media management, content creation tools, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent project management, time management, and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
