As a Marketing Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from brief to execution and performance review. You will work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality creative assets that resonate with our audience in Semarang and beyond. Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media calendars, content creation, engagement, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and partnerships to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaigns with growth goals.
- Monitor budgets, track spend, and optimize ROI using analytics tools.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Support branding and communications initiatives to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Assist in partnerships and influencer programs to amplify reach.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Indonesian language skills a plus.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, analytics).
- Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
