Staff Domain Inc is seeking a proactive Marketing and E‑Commerce Coordinator to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will own and optimize the company’s Shopify storefronts, multi-channel marketplaces, paid media, and SEO efforts to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROAS. This position is remote-friendly with a preference for candidates based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
You will collaborate with marketing, content, design and tech teams to plan, execute and measure performance-driven campaigns. You will monitor analytics, run experiments, and translate data into actionable optimizations across product listings, pricing, and campaigns. A strong problem-solver with a hands-on approach to e-commerce operations and digital marketing will thrive in this role.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end e-commerce operations, optimizing Shopify listings, managing marketplace channels, and implementing paid advertising strategies across Google, Facebook, and other networks. You will own SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, maintain content calendars, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. With a data-driven mindset, you will track KPIs, prepare reports for stakeholders, and continuously test and iterate to lift revenue and profitability. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global campaigns while working from a Manila base.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end e-commerce operations for Shopify stores and marketplace listings, including product updates, inventory syncing, pricing, and promotions.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other platforms) with clear targets, budgets, and ROAS goals.
- Optimize product pages and category navigation to improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, content alignment, keyword research, and technical improvements to increase organic traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling product descriptions, assets, and campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate catalog data, pricing, promotions, and compliance across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and implement best practices to maximize growth and profitability.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify management, and digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketplaces and catalog data.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
