Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth in the freight forwarding sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients and partners.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and company website.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create targeted promotional materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to optimize marketing initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to enhance company visibility and foster industry relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, sales leads, and campaign performance for reporting purposes.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents as required by the business development team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industries.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and international trade practices is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
