Overview
Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive regional marketing initiatives for a prestigious luxury automotive brand in Singapore. This role focuses on the Central Region and offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands on execution across digital marketing, social media, and high profile events. You will partner with sales, product, and creative teams to elevate the brand experience and deliver measurable results.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will craft compelling stories, manage campaigns from concept through to execution, and ensure a premium customer journey from awareness to showroom visit. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, data driven, and passionate about luxury lifestyle brands.
In this regional role you will develop and execute integrated programs across digital channels including paid social, search, display, email, and CRM, while overseeing content calendars and creative assets. You will manage a network of agencies, partners, and influencers, ensure brand consistency, and monitor budget performance. Regular reporting with insights and recommendations will guide optimization and ROI improvements.
Working with cross functional teams, you will plan and deliver large scale events and VIP experiences, coordinate showroom activations, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Central Region. You will stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and premium customer preferences to keep the brand at the forefront of the luxury automotive segment.

Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of regional digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and display to strengthen the brand in the Central Region.
- Develop and manage a unified content calendar and oversee creative production to ensure a premium brand voice and visual identity.
- Plan and coordinate large scale events, launches, VIP experiences, and showroom activations in collaboration with sales and partners.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align messaging and assets, track performance, and optimize ROI through data driven decisions.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee budgets to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity, generate insights, and report key metrics to regional leadership.
- Support PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach to amplify brand visibility and sentiment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury automotive or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong digital marketing skills across channels, with experience in analytics and ROI measurement.
- Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Strong project management and event execution capabilities, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus; comfortable communicating with cross functional teams.
