Achieve Without Borders is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Makati. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, from social media and content creation to market research and campaign execution. You will work closely with senior marketers to develop brand awareness, support acquisition initiatives, and learn practical skills in analytics, storytelling, and digital marketing. As a Marketing Intern, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities that strengthen our brand presence in the Philippines and beyond. Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content channels.
- Help create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and website updates that align with brand voice.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and perform competitor analyses to inform strategy.
- Support the coordination of events, webinars, and promotions, including logistics and attendee communications.
- Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure on-brand messaging and timely delivery.
- Assist with administrative tasks, content calendars, and CRM data maintenance as needed.
Qualification
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; capable of clear storytelling and copywriting.
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools; Canva experience is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to optimization efforts.
- Available for a minimum 3- to 6-month internship and able to work in Makati, Philippines (onsite or hybrid as per policy).
