Job description

OMG Cosmetics Inc is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our multi-brand growth strategies for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics. Based in South Caloocan, Metro Manila, you will own the end-to-end marketing roadmap—from market research and brand positioning to multi-channel campaigns and performance analysis. This role suits a creative yet analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced consumer goods environment and is passionate about building memorable brands that resonate with local and regional audiences.

As Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, accelerate demand, and grow customer lifetime value. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, eCommerce, and Creative teams to deliver compelling campaigns, high-quality content, and differentiated product launches. You will manage budgets, set measurable goals, and continuously optimize initiatives based on data and insights. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include leading digital marketing initiatives, overseeing content strategy, managing social media and influencer partnerships, coordinating PR activities and events, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. You will monitor performance metrics, report on ROI, and adapt plans to changing market conditions. You will also mentor a small marketing team, hire top talent when needed, and foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability.

Responsibility

  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics
  • Define brand positioning and messaging; ensure consistency across channels
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, events) from brief to post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, eCommerce, and Creative teams to drive demand and growth
  • Manage marketing budget, forecast spend, and measure ROI using analytics tools
  • Oversee content calendar, creative assets, and performance marketing (SEO/SEM, email, social)
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team; recruit and develop talent
  • Build partnerships with local vendors, influencers, and media to amplify reach

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive marketing experience in consumer goods or beauty/fashion brands; leadership experience
  • Proven track record in leading successful multi-channel campaigns and product launches
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, A/B testing)
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, content strategy, and email marketing
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Budget management and vendor management experience; ability to negotiate and manage timelines
  • Creative, data-driven mindset with problem-solving and adaptability
