Join Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia as a Marketing Manager and lead our marketing initiatives in Indonesia's vibrant travel market. Based in Jakarta Barat, you will shape the brand story and drive demand across offline and online channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands on execution to elevate our travel packages and experiences for local and international customers.
You will own the full marketing lifecycle, from market research and creative development to campaign execution and performance optimization. You will collaborate with product and sales teams to align promotions with itineraries, pricing, and seasonal campaigns. You will manage relationships with media partners, print vendors, and sponsorship opportunities while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is data driven, curious, and capable of turning insights into action. You should be comfortable managing a multi channel budget, measuring ROI, and presenting results to senior leadership. If you have a passion for travel and a proven track record in both offline and digital marketing, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities include creating integrated campaigns, optimizing spend across Google Ads and social platforms, planning print ads and sponsorships, and building a robust measurement framework using KPIs such as CAC, ROI, and engagement rates. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with creative partners to ensure a compelling customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and travel package sales.
- Lead offline channels including print advertising, sponsorships, events, and partnerships with media outlets.
- Plan and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms; monitor performance and adjust budgets.
- Collaborate cross functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with packages and promotions.
- Manage marketing budget, forecast spend, and track ROI, CAC, LTV; provide monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Oversee content and creative development to ensure consistent brand messaging and compelling customer journeys.
- Build relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners; mentor junior marketers as needed.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer insights and competitors to adjust strategy and stay ahead of trends.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in travel or consumer services; 2+ years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven track record in both offline and online campaigns; experience with print media, sponsorships, Google Ads, and social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions and clear ROI metrics.
- Budget management experience and vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia; collaborative across teams.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO/SEM knowledge.
