Twothree Design Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead performance and demand generation across digital channels and offline events. You will work closely with Sales, Media, Content, and Creative teams to drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and maximize ROI. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on optimization across paid search, social, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and experiential events. You will own the measurement framework, set KPI targets, manage budgets, and report impact to leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and brings a track record of delivering revenue growth through data-driven campaigns in Singapore or the APAC region.

Key objectives include building scalable campaigns that improve funnel performance, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to convert prospects into customers. You will also play a pivotal role in aligning marketing activities with sales outcomes, developing creative briefs, and optimizing landing pages and conversion paths for maximum ROI.

In this role, you will manage a range of channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks, while partnering with the Design and Content teams to craft compelling value propositions. You will establish attribution and analytics pipelines (GA4, CRM integration) to quantify performance and inform budget decisions. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROAS.
  • Optimize campaigns with rigorous A/B testing, landing page optimization, and creative testing to improve conversion rates and CPA targets.
  • Manage budgets across channels, forecast ROI, allocate spend, and deliver monthly performance reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales to define ICP, create lead scoring, SLAs, and nurture programs; ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline visibility.
  • Plan and execute digital and offline events (webinars, seminars, trade shows) to drive demand and pipeline; work with partners.
  • Develop measurement framework, attribution model, dashboards (GA4, HubSpot), and ensure accurate data tagging, reporting, and insights.
  • Align marketing messaging with brand guidelines; drive content optimization, landing page experiences, and creative briefs with Creative/Content teams.
  • Build relationships with agencies and partners for performance marketing and media planning; assess effectiveness and negotiate contracts.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally in B2B or agency settings.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable ROI with paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and robust analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficient in Excel or data visualization tools.
