This onsite role anchors our marketing leadership, responsible for developing and executing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, sharpen messaging, and drive sustainable growth across retail and consumer products.

In this fast-paced environment, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle—from market insights and positioning to multi-channel campaign planning, budget stewardship, and performance measurement. You will partner with Sales, Product, Creative, and Digital teams to craft integrated programs that resonate with target audiences, accelerate demand, and strengthen loyalty. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans that meet business goals.

The ideal candidate brings a track record of leading cross-functional marketing initiatives in a consumer context, comfortable managing agency relationships, and adept at analyzing metrics to optimize ROI. You will mentor junior marketers, champion a customer-centric approach, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive demand for products in the Retail & Consumer segment.
  • Lead cross-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, partnerships) from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Manage annual marketing budget, monitor ROI, and optimize spend based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Creative, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns and compelling go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform positioning.
  • Define and track key metrics, create dashboards, and report campaign performance to leadership.
  • Mentor and develop a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Oversee brand guidelines, ensure consistency across all channels and assets.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in brand management or performance marketing in Retail/CPG.
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, attribution).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present to executives.
  • Budget management experience and vendor/agency management.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in the Philippines; onsite presence in BGC.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
