Join PT. SLIMSTOCK SOLUTIONS INDONESIA as Marketing Manager for Indonesia and lead our market activation in Jakarta and beyond. You will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle to generate demand, nurture pipeline, and collaborate with the sales organization to convert opportunities into revenue. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and data-driven optimization to accelerate growth in Indonesia's dynamic market.
As the Marketing Manager, you will partner with sales, product, and regional teams to tailor our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for local segments, optimize the customer journey, and strengthen our brand presence through integrated campaigns, content, and events. You will manage local budgets, track ROI, and report performance to leadership, while mentoring a small marketing team and agencies.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute Indonesia-specific GTM strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product, and regional marketing teams.
- Own demand generation programs to create and qualify pipeline, balancing digital, content, events, and partner channels.
- Lead local brand localization and content strategy to increase awareness and inbound inquiries in the Indonesian market.
- Manage marketing budget, forecast ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data and analytics.
- Collaborate with Sales to define ICPs, enablement playbooks, and sales enablement materials to improve close rates.
- Plan and execute integrated events, webinars, and partner programs to drive pipeline and market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, vendors, and key stakeholders to amplify the brand.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing leadership in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, demand generation, and pipeline ownership.
- Strong digital marketing skills across SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email, and paid channels.
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM) to measure ROI and guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence without formal authority.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; comfortable working with local teams and international stakeholders.
- Budget management experience and vendor relationship management.
