Ubinkayu Indonesia is a leading timber and building materials manufacturer based in East Java, recognized for quality, sustainability, and innovation. We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Marketing Project Lead to manage and execute marketing projects across interior, architectural, and building materials product lines. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive demand, brand awareness, and revenue growth in Indonesia's competitive market.
As Marketing Project Lead, you will own the complete project lifecycle—from discovery and brief to creative development, launch, and measurement. You will collaborate with product, sales, creative, supply chain, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and cohesive brand messaging across channels. Key responsibilities include leading marketing initiatives for interior and architectural segments, developing go-to-market strategies for new product lines, managing budgets and timelines, and delivering measurable results through campaigns, content, events, and digital channels. You will also conduct market research, optimize campaigns based on analytics, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, architects, designers, and developers. This is a growth-focused role in a fast-moving Indonesian manufacturing company.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end marketing projects for Ubinkayu's interior, architectural, and building materials lines.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and line extensions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Creative, Supply Chain) to ensure on-time delivery and aligned messaging.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Create compelling content and campaigns tailored to architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, showroom events, and partner activities to showcase products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or interiors.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (CRM, automation, CMS, analytics) and content creation.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Knowledge of interior design, architecture, timber products, and market trends is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making and a growth-oriented attitude.
