We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing & Social Media Lead to own the marketing and digital presence for The Perfect Pint, a growing restaurant brand in Makati. You will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of all marketing activities—from social media and content creation to promotions, events, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset who can translate brand vision into compelling content that resonates with local diners and drives measurable results. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from brief to asset production to performance analysis. You will partner with operations, culinary teams, and external creators to maintain a consistent brand voice, optimize customer journeys, and boost foot traffic and online orders. You’ll also maintain a robust content calendar, oversee everyday social media activity, and report on key metrics to inform future plans. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy to grow brand awareness and local engagement in Makati and surrounding areas.
  • Own the content calendar and oversee creation of posts, campaigns, visuals, and copy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
  • Plan and execute promotions, menus launches, and events to drive foot traffic and online orders.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary team, designers, and agencies to produce assets and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor performance using analytics dashboards and KPI tracking; provide weekly/monthly reports and actionable insights.
  • Manage partnerships and influencer relationships to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Oversee budget, scheduling, and resource allocation; ensure campaigns stay on time and within budget.
  • Maintain local compliance and uphold a positive brand voice that resonates with the Manila market.

Qualification

  • 3+ years in marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of growing social communities and driving engagement and conversions.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; proficient with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent; basic video editing is a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/X) and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and a growth mindset.
  • Brand-minded, customer-focused, and able to adapt tone to the local audience; knowledge of Makati/Metro Manila market is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
