As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing localized campaigns that attract new guests, drive reservations, and increase repeat visits. You will manage the restaurant's digital presence, craft compelling content, and coordinate partnerships that showcase our menu and hospitality excellence.

Key duties include planning promotional campaigns around menu launches and seasonal specials, managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with a consistent voice, and working with local influencers and partners to extend brand reach. You will also create promotional materials, monitor performance with clear KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with kitchen, service teams, and external vendors to ensure on-brand guest experiences across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will support local search optimization, online listings, and reputation management to boost visibility in Surabaya.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and reservations for Aloha Restaurant.
  • Manage and grow the restaurant's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with engaging content and timely responses.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote promotions, menu launches, and seasonal events; collaborate with influencers and local partners.
  • Create content calendars, promotional materials, and copy for digital and print channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs, and provide insight-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service teams, and vendors to ensure brand consistency and excellent guest experiences.
  • Support local SEO, online listings, and reputation management to maximize online discovery.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders, and manage budgets and timelines for campaigns.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail; contract experience acceptable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content; basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Local market knowledge of Surabaya and East Java consumer behavior.
