Kotamas Makmur is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist (Offline) to design and execute creative offline marketing strategies that bolster brand awareness and strengthen brand image across Jakarta and beyond. In this role, you will craft compelling offline campaigns that bridge our products with audiences, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver memorable experiences. Key responsibilities span from strategic campaign design to on-the-ground execution. You will plan, coordinate, and manage events, roadshows, pop-ups, and experiential activations; build and nurture partnerships with venues, vendors, and media partners; and manage offline channels such as print, outdoor, sponsorships, and community initiatives. You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while tracking performance, optimizing activities based on data, and contributing to the marketing calendar and budget planning.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation in target markets.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end events, roadshows, pop-ups, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline channels.
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and media partners; manage budgets and track ROI for campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using standard metrics; iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain a calendar of activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in offline marketing, events, or brand activation, preferably in consumer-focused industries.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
- Budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand stories into tangible campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and tools; ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Ability to work in Jakarta and travel as needed.
