Role Overview: As a Marketing Supervisor, you will oversee the electronics financing segment, coach a team of marketing professionals, and work closely with partners and dealers to optimize performance. You will drive strategic initiatives to increase market share, ensure superior customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving the company’s ambitious goals.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the marketing team in achieving sales and distribution targets for electronics financing products in the Madiun area.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration of electronic financing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing coaching and support to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and local marketing events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and team progress for management review.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing supervision, preferably in electronics, consumer finance, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Familiarity with the electronic financing industry and local market trends in Madiun is highly desirable.
