Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, search, display, and traditional channels.
- Develop data-driven media strategies that align with brand goals and drive measurable outcomes.
- Manage media budgets, bids, and flighting to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to deliver compelling, on-brand creative and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Stay ahead of media trends, technologies, and best practices; test new formats and inventory sources.
- Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
- Prepare executive-ready briefs and presentations for leadership reviews.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Masterâs preferred.
- Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a track record of successful campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and performance measurement (e.g. GA4, ad platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic buying) and marketing tech stack.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
