Join a premier defense contractor dedicated to protecting national security. Nova Defense Technologies is seeking a skilled Military Intelligence Analyst to support Arlington, VA operations. You will transform raw data into actionable intelligence for military stakeholders, contribute to mission planning, and ensure strict adherence to security and regulatory standards.

Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive intelligence analysis to support military operations and defense programs.
- Prepare and present intelligence briefs and executive summaries to leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor open-source and classified data sources; maintain secure databases and sources-of-truth.
- Collaborate with operations, cyber defense, logistics, and compliance teams to inform decision making.
- Develop threat assessments, risk mitigation plans, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, security protocols, and data handling policies.
- Contribute to program lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and after action reviews.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in security studies, international relations, computer science, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in intelligence analysis or defense sector experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain/maintain clearance as required.
- Strong analytical, research, and briefing skills; proficiency with intelligence tools and data visualization.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex data succinctly to diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD security standards and regulatory compliance (NIST, CMMC as applicable).
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
