Responsibility
- Produce and disseminate multi-sensor intelligence assessments (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT) to support operations, planning, and risk mitigation.
- Develop fused situational awareness products and brief senior leadership with clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with military units, government agencies, and contractors to collect and validate information.
- Lead or participate in target analysis, threat assessment, and trend analysis over time.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with intelligence standards, security protocols, and information handling procedures.
- Leverage analytic tools and data visualization platforms to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in intelligence, security studies, geography, political science, or related field; or 8+ years of direct intelligence experience in a defense context.
- Minimum 5 years of military or government intelligence analysis experience in fast-paced, high-threat environments.
- Experience with SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT methods and associated data sources.
- Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools and platforms (ArcGIS, Analyst's Notebook, Palantir, BI tools).
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to brief senior leaders and diverse audiences.
- Active Top Secret clearance; ability to obtain SCI if required; security clearance preferred.
- Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
