Responsibility
- Lead and conduct intelligence analysis across multi-source data streams (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT) to produce finished intelligence products.
- Develop threat assessments, target packages, and collection requirements aligned with customer priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and cyber to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
- Utilize analytical tools and data visualization platforms to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain and update assessment threads; monitor indicators and develop warning criteria.
- Contribute to mission planning and support defense programs with rigorous risk assessment and scenario analysis.
- Ensure all work adheres to security, privacy, and compliance standards; assist in maintaining clearance readiness.
- Mentor junior analysts and support training initiatives to build team capability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis experience in a defense or government environment.
- Strong proficiency with intelligence analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., analyst notebooks, data visualization, GIS, SIGINT/OSINT platforms).
- Experience with multi-source fusion, threat assessment, and target development.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytic findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
- Active security clearance TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain it; willingness to undergo background investigation.
- Flexible to occasional travel and on-call support as required.
