Responsibility
- Produce actionable intelligence products and briefs for senior leadership and field operators.
- Conduct multi-source analysis (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT) to identify threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate intelligence gaps into actionable requirements.
- Maintain and disseminate up-to-date situational awareness dashboards and reports.
- Support operations planning with risk assessments and contingency analyses.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data handling, and clearance requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to training materials and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to program reviews, proposals, and after-action assessments to improve mission effectiveness.
Qualification
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or current clearance is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of military or civilian intelligence analysis experience.
- Strong proficiency with intelligence analysis tools, databases, and visualization platforms (e.g., Analyst's Notebook, ArcGIS, SQL/Python basics).
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, concise briefs to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven briefing experience with senior leadership.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with adaptability and sound judgment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field support and training.
