Responsibility

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation; implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
  • Oversee governance, policies, and compliance with professional standards (ACM/AAM guidelines, privacy, and safety).
  • Lead grant writing, sponsorship, and fundraising efforts to support exhibitions and programs.
  • Foster inclusive community engagement, partnerships with schools, researchers, and local organizations.
  • Mentor and develop staff and volunteers; drive performance, diversity, and professional growth.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Arts Administration, History, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in museum operations, collections management, or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with collections management systems (e.g., TMS, EMS, PastPerfect) and digital asset management.
  • Strong budget management, grant writing, and fundraising capabilities.
