Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership for museum operations, including facilities, security, and front-of-house services.

- Lead exhibits and program scheduling in collaboration with curatorial teams and external partners.
- Manage human resources, volunteer programs, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
- Drive fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and grant management to support institutional priorities.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and accessibility across facilities and programs.
- Champion community engagement, education programs, and inclusive audience development.
- Represent the museum with stakeholders, sponsors, and local government to advance strategic partnerships.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Museum Studies, Arts Administration, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in a museum, cultural institution, or historic site.
- Proven track record in operations management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong collaboration with curatorial teams, educators, and external partners.
- Excellent communication, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with facilities management, security, risk management, and compliance.
