The Beacon Hill Museum is seeking a strategic, results-driven Museum Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, enhance visitor experiences, and steward the organization's mission. As a member of the leadership team, you will partner with curatorial, development, and education colleagues to ensure seamless daily operations, safe facilities, and welcoming experiences for visitors, students, and researchers.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily museum operations including facilities, security, and safety compliance.
  • Lead exhibition preparation, installation, de-installation, and courier coordination in collaboration with curatorial and conservation teams.
  • Manage visitor services, membership programs, and frontline staff training to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualification
