Responsibility

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in museum studies, history, arts administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of museum or nonprofit operations management experience, with a track record of leading diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated budget management, financial analysis, and vendor negotiation experience.
  • Knowledge of museum safety, conservation, accessibility standards, and regulatory compliance.
