You will plan, shoot, edit and curate music-focused content across video, social, and licensing projects. Responsibility
- Plan, shoot, edit and curate music-focused video and audio content from concept to delivery across social, streaming, and licensing channels.
- Collaborate with artists, producers, and marketers to craft compelling narratives that align with brand goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with lighting, sound, and post-production teams to achieve high-quality productions.
- Prepare licensing-ready assets and coordinate rights clearance with legal and label partners.
- Direct and supervise on-site shoots when required and guide junior team members.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in music production, content creation, or related field.
- Proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton).
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) and basic color grading.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Portfolio of music videos, artist interviews, behind-the-scenes content, or audio-visual stories.
- Understanding of licensing basics and rights management for music content.
