Horizon Soundworks is seeking a creative and collaborative Music Content Producer to join our Nashville team. This role focuses on developing compelling music-focused content across video, audio, and social channels to amplify artists, labels, and brand partnerships.
In this role you will partner with A&R, marketing, and licensing teams to conceptualize campaigns, oversee production timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables that align with artists’ vision and brand standards.
Located in Nashville, this position offers opportunities to work with a wide range of genres and emerging artists. On-site collaboration is encouraged 2-3 days per week, with flexible remote options for senior contributors.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multimedia music content (video, audio, social cuts) for campaigns with artists and brands.
- Manage end-to-end production timelines, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with A&R, marketing, and licensing teams to craft compelling storylines and concepts.
- Direct or supervise recording sessions, voiceovers, and post-production processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Edit and deliver final assets optimized for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and streaming services.
- Source, clear, and manage music licensing and permissions; handle metadata and rights clearance.
- Maintain brand consistency, accessibility, and quality across all assets; implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate content strategies based on data and audience feedback.
Qualification
- 3+ years in music production, content creation, or related field.
- Proven experience editing video and audio for social campaigns; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and a DAW (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton).
- Strong storytelling ability and the skill to translate music into engaging visuals.
- Knowledge of music licensing, rights clearance, and artist collaboration processes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong taste in music trends and audience-first content development.
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Film/Video, Marketing, or related field preferred.
