Join Nashville Sound Collective as a Music Content Producer. This role blends music expertise, storytelling, and technical production to bring artists and audiences together. You will collaborate with artists, labels, and the marketing team to craft compelling content series, podcasts, and social assets that spotlight both emerging voices and iconic recordings.
Based in Nashville or remote within the United States, you will curate content that resonates with diverse music fans, manage production timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery across platforms.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a music content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
- Produce, edit, and finalize audio (podcasts, interviews) and video assets (short-form videos, lyric videos, behind-the-scenes).
- Source, audition, and curate emerging artists and playlists to fuel platform discovery.
- Manage production calendars, coordinate with artists, studios, editors, and rights owners.
- Optimize content for SEO and distribution across YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, and social channels.
- Analyze performance metrics, report insights, and iterate content plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliant licensing, accurate metadata, captions, and accessibility standards.
Qualification
- 3+ years in music content production, media, or a related field.
- Proficiency with audio editing software (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Audacity) and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling, interviewing, and scripting skills; comfortable with hosting or voiceover.
- Experience with podcast production, episodic show development, and show asset management.
- Knowledge of music licensing basics, rights management, and licensing workflows.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Media, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
