Harmonic Labs is seeking a creative and data-driven Music Platform Content Producer to join our Nashville team. You will curate and produce compelling artist-focused content for our music-tech platform, collaborating with A&R, marketing, and product teams to amplify discovery and engagement.
In this role, you will turn strategic content briefs into high-quality assets including editorial stories, video scripts, artist interviews, and program guides. You will manage timelines, coordinate with partners, and optimize content for search and social discovery.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage editorial calendars for platform content focused on artists, programs, and playlists.
- Produce and edit multimedia assets (articles, interviews, videos, podcasts) aligned with brand voice.
- Optimize content for SEO and on-platform search to drive organic engagement and discovery.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to craft storytelling for new features and initiatives.
- Coordinate schedules with artists, producers, and internal teams; manage rights, approvals, and deliverables.
- Analyze content performance metrics and audience insights to iterate on future content strategies.
- Ensure accessibility, localization, and brand consistency across all content assets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Music Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content production, digital media, or the music industry.
- Proven track record creating editorial and multimedia content for music/entertainment audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to adapt voice to brand.
- Experience with SEO, metadata, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
- Proficiency with video/audio editing software (Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut).
- Strong project management, collaboration, and time-management abilities.
