As a trusted mobile notary, you will service clients at their preferred locations, ensuring accurate notarization of a wide range of documents including affidavits, powers of attorney, mortgage packages, and real estate closings.

Responsibility
- Meet with clients to notarize documents in person at various locations within the Los Angeles area
- Verify signer identity using appropriate methods and complete required notarial certificates
- Administer oaths or acknowledgments as required and ensure signers understand the documents
- Prepare, affix, and accurately record notarial certificates in all relevant documents
- Maintain precise notary journal entries and ensure confidentiality of client information
- Travel to client sites such as homes, offices, or title companies and manage scheduling efficiently
- Adhere to California notary laws, ethics, and professional standards at all times
- Utilize digital tools for scheduling, document handling, and payments while providing exceptional customer service
Qualification
- Active California Notary Public commission in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of notary or signing agent experience
- Current notary bond and E&O insurance preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; ability to travel across Los Angeles County
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong communication and customer service skills; professional appearance
- Proficiency with notary software, electronic journal, and basic document management
- High school diploma or equivalent
