Identiti International, Inc is seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our Cebu City office. This role ensures smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and exceptional administrative support for a growing team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, manage documentation, coordinate schedules, and help maintain a compliant and efficient work environment.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in keeping the office running on schedule, handling essential administrative tasks, and supporting cross-functional teams. The right candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day office operations in Cebu City, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and maintain accurate filing, records, and documentation in line with local laws.
- Greet visitors, manage front-desk duties, answer phone calls, and provide responsive, professional support to staff and clients.
- Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements; assist with event coordination as needed.
- Administer office supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination to optimize efficiency.
- Assist finance and HR processes such as data entry, invoicing, expense reports, and onboarding support.
- Prepare routine reports and assist in budgeting and cost control where applicable.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional phone manner and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM/ERP or document management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated team player with problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
