Join Private Advertiser as an Officer - Partnership Operation Support and accelerate growth through strategic collaboration. Based in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta, you will join the Office of Chief Growth, partnering with internal teams and external partners to streamline collaboration, scale programs, and safeguard operational excellence. Responsibility
- Coordinate partnership onboarding, documentation, and program deployment with external partners and internal teams
- Manage partner data in CRM, ensure data accuracy, and generate actionable insights
- Support contract administration, amendments, and compliance checks
- Facilitate cross-functional project planning with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare status reports for the Chief Growth Office
- Schedule and coordinate partner meetings, events, and communications
- Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures for partnerships
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in partnership operations or office administration in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office or Google Workspace, and data reporting tools
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Experience with contract administration or vendor management is a plus
