Responsibility

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory and operations documentation, records, and filing across the Central Region network.
  • Maintain and manage critical data systems to support day-to-day operations, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Coordinate approvals, compliance checks, and policy updates with internal teams, ensuring timely implementation.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics for management reviews and regulatory audits.
  • Support internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking to strengthen governance.
  • Collaborate with campus staff to standardize processes, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of documents and accurate communications.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in business administration, operations management, public policy, or a related field.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, governance, or operations support, preferably in education or service sectors.
  • Strong data management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with databases, ERP, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
