We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Officer, Regulations & Operations to provide essential administrative and data management support that ensures smooth, compliant operations across our campus network in the Central Region. Responsibility
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory and operations documentation, records, and filing across the Central Region network.
- Maintain and manage critical data systems to support day-to-day operations, reporting, and decision-making.
- Coordinate approvals, compliance checks, and policy updates with internal teams, ensuring timely implementation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics for management reviews and regulatory audits.
- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking to strengthen governance.
- Collaborate with campus staff to standardize processes, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency improvements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of documents and accurate communications.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in business administration, operations management, public policy, or a related field.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, governance, or operations support, preferably in education or service sectors.
- Strong data management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with databases, ERP, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements for education or licensing is advantageous.
