Join Lumina Retail Studio as an Online Store Manager and lead our growing e-commerce storefronts with a data-driven, customer-obsessed approach. You will own catalog quality, pricing strategies, promotions, and end-to-end storefront operations to maximize revenue and deliver a premium shopping experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago with hybrid options. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to optimize store performance across channels like Shopify and WooCommerce.
What you will do:
- Own product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and category merchandising across channels.
- Coordinate inventory, supplier relationships, and fulfillment to ensure accurate stock and timely shipping.
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to optimize conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchases.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and customer data; translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, email flows, SEO, and paid media alignment.
- Maintain clean product data, SKUs, variants, and attributes; ensure data quality for SEO and CRO.
- Lead cross-functional projects with product, design, and logistics to improve the store experience.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end online store operations including product catalog, pricing, promotions, and category merchandising across Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Manage inventory planning, supplier relationships, and fulfillment processes to ensure accurate stock and on-time shipping.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and customer data; translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
- Partner with marketing to align campaigns, email flows, SEO, and paid media with storefront objectives.
- Maintain clean product data, attributes, images, and SEO-friendly content to improve discoverability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, design, and logistics to improve the store experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing online storefronts (Shopify and/or WooCommerce).
- Proven ability to optimize product data, pricing, promotions, and catalog structure to maximize revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, dashboards, and Excel; SQL is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization, and merchandising.
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to operate in US time zones or flexible hours.
