This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for data-driven professionals who love working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end online store operations across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), including catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS) using Google Analytics, platform reports, and dashboards.
- Lead merchandising efforts: category planning, visual merchandising, banners, product recommendations, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute campaigns, email, social media, and paid media to drive traffic and retention.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, returns, and vendor communications to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage inventory forecasting, stock levels, replenishment, and supplier relationships to prevent stockouts.
- Implement and test CRO initiatives, automation, and scalable SOPs to improve conversion and efficiency.
Qualification

- Strong product data management, SEO for ecommerce, and conversion optimization knowledge.
- Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar) and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with inventory management, supplier relations, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Automation experience (Zapier, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS familiarity for product pages is a plus.
