Job description
Join a fast-growing e-commerce team as Online Store Manager. You will own the end-to-end management of our online storefront, optimize performance across channels, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic merchandising with hands-on execution in a remote-friendly environment based in Austin, TX.
Your primary focus is to ensure the store delivers an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sustainable growth. You will translate data into actionable improvements, partner with creators and engineers, and uphold brand standards across product pages, promotions, and checkout.
Responsibility
- Own and optimize the online store catalog, pricing, promotions, and category strategy
- Monitor performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS) and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns across email, paid search, social, and SEO
- Manage product onboarding, imagery, copy quality, and SEO-friendly product pages
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate stock, fulfillment, and returns
- Lead A/B testing and CRO experiments to improve checkout flow
- Maintain brand consistency and manage vendor relationships and content updates
- Integrate with ERP, CRM, and analytics tools to streamline workflows
Qualification
- 3-5+ years of experience in online store management or e-commerce operations
- Strong analytics skills with experience in Google Analytics 4 and e-commerce dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce
- Proven ability to optimize conversion rate and merchandising strategies
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising basics
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain data-driven insights
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
