Job description

NovaCart Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Online Store Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our growing ecommerce storefronts. You will own end-to-end store operations across channels, oversee catalog management, pricing, promotions, and customer experience, and partner with marketing to drive sustainable revenue growth.

In this role you will combine strategic vision with hands on execution in a fast paced environment. You will leverage data to optimize conversion, improve order flow, and reduce operational friction while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Remote-friendly, but based in New York preferred. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, product, supply chain, and finance to deliver a seamless shoppers journey.

Responsibility

  • Own end to end store operations across web, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
  • Lead catalog management including product uploads, SKUs, pricing, promotions, and seasonal launches.
  • Oversee order management, returns, and customer service workflows to ensure a superior shopper experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and promotional calendars.
  • Monitor key metrics, forecast demand, and optimize inventory to minimize stockouts and overages.
  • Manage vendor relationships, payments, and integrations with ERP or fulfillment partners.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to scale operations while controlling costs.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of ecommerce operations or online store management experience in a multi channel environment.
  • Proven experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce and/or Magento; strong CMS and product data management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion, pricing, and promotions using data driven insights.
  • Strong analytics capability with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, and ecommerce dashboards.
  • Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality across channels.
  • Experience managing inventory, fulfillment, and returns; working with vendors and third party logistics providers.
