Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Online Store Manager to own the performance of our ecommerce operation in Berlin. You will drive revenue, optimize user experience, and streamline processes across platforms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day store operations across Shopify and WooCommerce, ensuring product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up-to-date.
- Own conversion rate optimization through data-driven analysis (GA4, platform analytics) and A/B testing; implement improvements to UX and checkout flows.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment coordination, returns, and customer service SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute promotions, launches, email campaigns, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Vendors for inventory planning, replenishment, and stock forecasting to minimize stockouts and excess.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for ecommerce operations; implement automations (inventory sync, pricing rules, order routing) to reduce manual workload.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver weekly/monthly dashboards to leadership with actionable insights.
Qualification
- 3+ years of online store management or ecommerce operations experience with a proven track record of improving metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, platform analytics) to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building automations (Zapier, Make/Integromat) to streamline workflows.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
