Responsibility
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for local advertisers, promoting Concentrix’s digital advertising solutions and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Understand client goals and translate them into effective, tailored ad campaigns.
- Coordinate end-to-end ad orders, including quotes, approvals, campaign setup, and delivery tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize campaigns for client KPIs.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional advertising products and services while maintaining compliance and data privacy standards.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM, document interactions, and report progress to management.
Qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or a customer-service role within a BPO or agency environment.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- On-site availability in Quezon City; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic familiarity with digital ad platforms and campaign analytics.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- College degree preferred; related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Excellent English communication skills; Filipino language skills are a plus.
