Job description

Raub Durian Mansion is seeking a results-driven Operation Executive to ensure the smooth end-to-end execution of our durian handling operations. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will coordinate sourcing, processing, packing, and export logistics, turning supplier commitments into reliable product delivery for distributors and customers.

As a key member of the operations team, you will partner with farmers, suppliers, quality assurance, production, and logistics partners to optimize the flow of fruit from orchard to export. You will monitor quality, enforce food safety standards, manage inventory, and streamline packing and labeling processes to minimize waste and maximize throughput. Your hands-on leadership will help us meet tight schedules while controlling costs and maintaining product integrity.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end durian supply chain from sourcing to export logistics
  • Manage supplier relationships, assess fruit quality, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Oversee daily operations in processing and packing, including labeling, weight checks, and efficient workflow
  • Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and shipments
  • Arrange domestic and international shipments, prepare export documentation, and liaise with customs and freight forwarders
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor replenishment, and minimize waste
  • Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety policies and support audits

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in supply chain, operations management, agribusiness, or related field
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or logistics, preferably in agricultural products or perishable goods
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and export documentation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP or inventory management software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to evolving requirements, and travel if needed
