Responsibility
- Coordinate workshop schedules and oversee daily operations
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Support the team with various ad-hoc duties as required
Qualification
- Prior experience in administrative or workshop coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
